Refunds & Returns Policy
1. Introduction
At Victory Laps, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy sets out your rights regarding returns and refunds for trading card repacks and collectibles purchased through our store. All transactions and refunds are processed in GBP (£).
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Returns are generally accepted for sealed products that remain unopened with original security seals intact. Due to the nature of 'repack' products, once a seal is broken or the package is opened, it is no longer eligible for a standard return.
3. Condition of Items
Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. Any signs of tampering with the outer box or security seals will result in the return being rejected.
4. Timeframes
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intent to return an item, and a further 14 days to ensure the item reaches us.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened repack boxes or packs.
- Individual cards pulled from repacks.
- Digital gift cards.
- Items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Non-Refundable'.
6. Refunds Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method in GBP. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a sealed product for the same item, please contact us immediately.
8. Faulty or Misdescribed Items
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty or not as described, you have the right to a full refund, repair, or replacement. Please note that for repacks, 'not as described' refers to the set contents or pack configuration, not the specific outcome of the randomized pull.
9. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
10. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please email us with your order number and the reason for return. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
